Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Tiporo mobile app and the website freetipsbetting.com ("Tiporo", "we") collect, why we collect it and what choices you have.

1. Information we collect
- Account information: when you sign in with Google or e-mail we receive your e-mail address, your name (if shared by Google) and a user ID from Google Firebase Authentication. If you continue as a guest, an anonymous user ID is created.
- App activity: coin balance and history, unlocked tips, VIP access, wheel spins, daily rewards, prediction game entries, favourite teams, followed matches and notification preferences.
- Content you send: comments and ratings (shown publicly with your display name), messages and images you send to Tiporo Assistant or live support.
- Purchases: subscriptions and coin purchases are processed by Google Play. We receive the order ID, product and purchase status to give you access. We never receive your card or payment details.
- Device information: device language, app version and a push notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
- Usage and crash data: Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics collect anonymous usage statistics and crash reports to help us improve the app.
- Technical logs: our server may briefly record IP addresses and request times for security and abuse prevention.

2. How we use information
- To create and secure your account and keep your coins, unlocks and subscriptions.
- To send notifications you asked for (new tips, results, favourite team and match alerts). You can turn these off in the app or in your phone settings.
- To answer your questions in the assistant and live support.
- To show comments, and to automatically translate comments into other users' languages.
- To prevent fraud and abuse and to improve the app.

3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help run Tiporo:
- Google Firebase (sign-in, notifications, analytics, crash reports)
- Google Play (purchases and subscriptions)
- MyMemory translation service (the text of comments, to translate them)
- Our hosting provider (servers and database)
We may also disclose information if required by law.

4. Data retention
We keep your account data while your account is active. Technical logs and database backups are kept for a limited period and then deleted.

5. Your rights and account deletion
You can delete your account at any time inside the app: open the side menu and tap "Delete my account" at the bottom, then confirm. Your account, coins, unlocks, favourites and messages are deleted immediately, together with your Google Firebase sign-in account. Comments you wrote stay visible without your name. Deleted coins and memberships cannot be restored, so if you have an active subscription, cancel it in Google Play first. Anonymous purchase records may be kept for accounting and Google Play requirements.
If you can no longer open the app, or you want to access or correct your data, contact us (Menu > Contact) with the e-mail address you use to sign in and we will handle your request within 30 days.

6. Age restriction
Tiporo is intended only for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

7. Security
Data is transferred over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access to our systems is restricted. No method of transfer or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

8. Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version is always available in the app and at https://freetipsbetting.com/privacy
